Move issues at closed status to another project

Hellos, 

We need to move some issues to another project. This issues have the closed status and when we try to move it we can't go to the next step, we can select the issuetype and the project but the button next does not appear. (we can move open issues of the same project) 

We review the properties of the closed status and we have this:
jira.permission.edit.projectrole Key 10002

(we are the administrator, and the code is 10002) so this is not the problem, isn't it?

We change the category of the closed status to "in progress" but we still can not do it.

When we try to move it only appears two options:: Operations details and confirmation. We attach a screenshot.

Hi Soporte,

Where you can go from one status to the next depends on your Workflow. If the two projects use different workflows, that is probably your problem.
