Move the Assignee and Reporter down the list in a view Screen

Hello,

I'm trying to move the Assignee and Reporter down the "People" list in the view screen. I want the viewers to see a different person at the top, but I can't move the Assignee and Reporter down. Can anyone let me know how to do this? Ideally without any coding.
