Hello All,
I have few projects on cloud instance which is outside of our organization. I want to migrate project and data (copy ) from that Jira cloud instance to our own Jira cloud instance. What is the best approach ? are there any build in atlassian feature for this ? Or any app?
Thanks,
Naziya
Hello @Naziya Parveen
If you’re trying to copy project data from one project to another, I can suggest trying our app Elements Copy & Sync. It allows you to clone (and sync if needed) issues with all their content (summary, description, custom fields, comments, attachments, etc) across different instances.
Don't hesitate to check the documentation, it’s really quick and easy to set up.
The app is for free during 30 days (and it stays free under 10 users).
If you're looking to move a project and its data between Jira Cloud instances, one solution you could explore is using our app Deep Clone for Jira. Deep Clone allows you to clone projects, including issues, comments, attachments, and more, across instances. It simplifies migration by providing granular control over what data is transferred.
