for my personal todos I am working with my own project (next gen Jira project). Therefor I added a couple of rules. For example one that automaticly changes the status of a todo. But now I am stuck. The status change works like a charme but I also want this specific todo moved from the backlog to the board. How can I manage that?
You might consider Automation. Here is a thread that discusses this - How-to-transition-a-newly-created-issue-from-backlog-to-board it mentions an automation bug but that appears to have been resolved. Can you give that a try? You may find that you wish to remove you NG rule and replace with an Automation rule altogether to take care of the entire automation.
