Moving jira from one server to another?

I've created 5 columns namely; 'Not Yet Started', 'Under Review', 'Work In Progress', 'Closed' and dropped.

The tickets would go from “Not Yet Started” -> “Under Review” -> “Work In Progress” -> “Closed”. The ones which doesn’t get approval from management will move from “Not Yet Started” -> “Under Review” -> “Dropped”. Yeah, the tickets can move freely from any column to any column.

I tried moving the ticket from 'Under Review' to 'Work in Progress' however, it isn't.

Any help or suggestion for fixing this?

Hello,

Tickets can be moved between columns only if there is a transition between mapped statuses for those columns. Open the workflow of the issue and have a look if there is a transition between statuses, which are mapped to the columns.
