Moving the slider to adjust sprint scope moves all Stories in one Sprint

Dear all,

when adjusting a (non-active) sprint in the backlog view using the sprint slider, there seems to be a bug when setting the slider right between the last story of the sprint and the "Create" button: 

In this case, JIRA moves all tickets assigned to "neuer Sprint 6" to "neuer Sprint 7" although not intended. 

When the slider is moved between the issues, it works as expected and only the issues lying unterneath the slider are moved to the next sprint.

Does anyone have the same issue? I'm not sure whether this is a bug.
