Multi-Level Cascading Select app - Doing a DC Merge Migration

We are merging two DC instances and the source instance uses the Multi-Level Cascading Select app.

Is there a way to "migrate" the fields to the target instance without having to manually recreate them or manually create a CSV file for each field?
