Hello!

As per below screenshot, between the 13 - 15 of July, there is an influx in remaining values on the sprint burndown chart. No additional work is being added however some existing tickets are being transitioned from one status to another, which seems to be causing them to be 'removed from the sprint' (per sprint report) although when viewing the tickets the sprint is still assigned.

Could anyone provide any guidance on what could be causing this?

hello @Jae-Louise McKensey

The fall down does not necessarily means that they are removed from sprint, if the transitioned ticket are resolved, it is normal that the red line goes down.

You may have better understanding from the table below the chart.

Let me know if it makes sense at the end.

Cheers,

Karim

Hi @Karim ABO HASHISH

Thanks so much for coming back to me :) I have reviewed the table available below the report and can confirm they are appearing in 'issues removed from sprint' which is odd.

The line going down is great, each time a ticket is resolved the line goes down (which is what we want to see).

It is the increase of that line (near the end of the sprint) when no tickets have been added that is I guess where I am confused. Besides removing the sprint ID from the ticket, could there be another reason why they are appearing that way on the report?
