We are seeing duplicate statuses appearing on their boards. These boards are looking at content across a couple of projects, but all projects use the same workflow. So how do I find out where all these "Done's" come from and prevent this from happening in the future? Example of duplicated statuses:

So all issue types in all projects that you catch via the board filter have the above workflow?
I would have checked if the filter catching both Team managed and Company managed projects? (Team managed is using their own config, not the global ones)

Thank you, Lisa. Ah, that's strange as we only use company managed projects. I have checked the filter first to see where the extra statuses are coming from and couldn't find an issue with that status from the filter. Any advice on how I can check the filter that you recommend to see this or what I should be looking for?
