Multiple application links or will it cause problems?

Will it cause an issue to configure two Confluence application links within Jira?

We have multiple Confluence instances but a single JIRA instance.

There shouldn't be any issue with this since I know there's no problem linking two JIRA instances to a Confluence instance. As long as they have different base url I think.
