Multiple dev channels work on same story

Hi community,

My team consists of multiple dev "channels" (java, .NET, angular and USSD)
Some stories would need dev work across a combination of these channels.

Question:
How do I set up my teams in Advanced Roadmaps so that I can view their capacity and progress against a single story?

Currently I have created a team per "channel", but Advanced Roadmaps will only allow you to allocte a single team at a time per story.

They way they work is that they estimate the story as a team (including dev channels and QA) and give an overall SP estimation end-end.
They create subtasks under each story per channel as necessary, but as per Scrum/Jira framework, we don't estimate sub tasks.

Side note1: some team members also work on 2-3 projects at a time (QA for e.g.)

Side note2: Who do I assign the story to if mutiple channels are creating subtasks against it?
