Multiple development licenses?

The atlassian faq says that you can generate multiple development licenses here:

But doesn't provide instructions on how to do it. Following the instructions on the page I am only able to view the key for the first license over and over again. Anyone know how to generate a second one for my second dev environment?

Odd that it says that, but actually, you don't need to.  You can use the same key in several dev/test systems.
