Multiple left joins to get to a custom field

Struggling with the multiple left joins to show a custom field. Has anyone done this already that I can steal it? :)

what are you trying to retrieve. Custom fields used in a project, values of a custom field etc?

I'm trying to pull the value for a custom field matching to the jira issue. Currently joining to jira issue, customfield value, custom field option and custom field.
