Multiple swim lane JQL returning same Jira but not displayed in Kanban board

I have a Jira 'EXAM-01' with 2 labels 'AAA', 'BBB'. My first swim lane filters by 'AAA' and second by 'BBB'. But as the first lane already picked up 'AAA', the Jira doesn't appear on the 'BBB' lane. How do I solve this?

I'm afraid there is nothing to "solve".  An issue should only appear once on a board, so it's doing what it is supposed to do.
