Error = Hmm... We're having trouble logging you in.
Every week or so we have multiple users unable to login to jira/confluence for a short period of time. Our Atlassian access subscription has no lapsed and we have not made any changes in Azure AD that would cause this.
Have tried clearing browser cache in chrome to resolve the issue but this does not help.
It resolves itself in about 20 mins and everyone can once again login. Can you please assist with troubleshooting this as we have 600 users and this is causing major disruption at various times.
