Multiproject kanban Panel need advice

Good afternoon!!

My Manager is asking to be able to acces to a multiproject kanban board where he can view all the  issues from different projects. 

I am able to create a board like that, but my question (and there is where I need advice), is it possible to create this kanband board and share it accross all the other projects? 

I mean if I create this kanban board in Project A (showing issues from A, B, C and D projects), what can I do so in proyect B this kanban is available too? is that possible?

Hi @Rosana Casilli 

To create a multi-project Kanban Board, go to Create Project > Create a Kanban Board > Board from an existing project.

In the next screen, there are two options:

• Project: This field accepts multiple project values and will form the board's filter - you can add as many projects as you need into here
• Location: This is the "single" location a board lives - this can be one project, or a single user

It's not hard to navigate to a board like this though, even if it lives in Project A.

• Project B-D: On the left-hand side menu of these projects, select a board name. A drop-down will appear where a user can "search" for another board, including the one under Project A. They can then select it to navigate there.
• Starring: If a user is on the main board view, you can star it as a favourite using the star icon in the top-right. This will make the board appear under the "Starred" tab in "Your Work"
• Location = User: The location can be a user rather than a Project. So you could store the location under your manager's user - then they can access the board from their profile icon in the top-right corner, selecting "Your Boards"
