Mutliple Cloud Instance

I want to have 2 jira cloud instances. One for development purpose and another for Testing Purposes. It will help me to reduce the cost. can I do it from the same atlassian account?

Anik,

 

You can have a second instance under your Organization account, it would just have to have a different site name, for example if your current site is company.atlassian.net, your second instance could be companydev.atlassian.net.
