My burndown is remaining flat despite tickets being completed w/in the sprint. I've confirmed that my Done status is mapped to "Done".
Any help debugging this would be helpful.
Are your issues in the last, rightmost column on the board? And all of their sub-tasks if they have any?

Sorry, I wasn't clear - are all the sub-tasks for the done issues in the rightmost column as well (not necessarily "open", but in that last column)

What column are they in?

You kept saying "done", not "last column". People often say "done" when they're talking about status or resolution, which is why I've repeatedly asked for clarity.
What is the estimation statistic? What estimates did you have on the issues?

We use story points but we do not track time against tickets. Never have.

So you've told the board to use story points for the (sprint) estimation statistic?

I've not had the board configured to go off of points no. Where would I even go to see how it's set?

Board -> admin -> general .
The burndown is generated from the content of the fields you choose for the estimate, so it would not be a surprise to see no burndown if you are not telling it to look at the field you want to burn down on.

So that looks correct. Can you check that the "story points" field currently selected in that estimation statistic really is the same custom field as you are putting your story point estimates into? (It's possible to create fields with the same name, which is annoying and broken)
Also, could you tell us where your flat burn-down line is? Is it at zero, or is it at the number of story points you committed to when you started the sprint?

Seems to be a false alarm as suddently the burnown is looking as it should. I'll have to keep an eye on it in the future.
Thanks for the help Nic.
