My team member was able to access and view/edit tasks before. I also gave him full org admin access rigts but he still cannot see and enter our space.
Hi @Özlem and welcome to the community!
Is your team member part of your project? If you go to project settings > people, do you see his/her name there?
An org or site admin, will be able to see that the project exists, but will not be able to see any of its issues, unless he/she has membership to this project.
Hi @Alex Koxaras -Relational-,
Thank you very much for your reply.
When I check Project Settings > People neither of my team members are listed. I am on a free plan and the notification says "On a free plan, you can only add people using your site's administration settings."
I have 2 team members both are listed as Org Admins under Admin>Project>Users. One of them is able to see and edit everything within the project, the other one was able to do so as well, until recently.
He is on iOS and MAC and tried to login once with a hidden mail address. He says now he cannot enter the space with neither of his e-mails (Original and hidden).
Kind regards,
Özlem

Add both of them of them on project and see if they will be able to see the issues.
Even if they are site admin, they will not be able to see the issues of a project, unless they add themselves in the project. They will be able to see the project itself though.

They both have been invited to the project and they both were able to see tasks, edit them and create new ones. One team member is still able to do so the other not. I can see all the tasks created and edited by both of them.

Ok. So ask him/her what message he/she receives when trying to log in.
I would also advise him to log in using a new browser and incognito mode (and to clear his cache as well). But it is imperative to know that message he/she gets when trying to login. Of course he/she should login with the email that is listed under "user management".
