My TestRail app is not returning results either in TestRail or Jira

Hello,

I have installed the TestRail integration app, attempted to link my project visa the app in Jira Cloud and all kinds of attempts at updating the email associated, addresses to the right Jira and TestRail address, generated keys, API tokens and generally trying to configure it from every angle I can.

The test runs and cases fields show up on issues in Jira, but never return anything. On the TestRail side, when adding a defect to a test run and linking the Jira issue link, I get this error:

Plugin "Jira_Cloud_REST" returned an error: Invalid HTTP code (404). Please verify the address of your JIRA installation in the configuration settings and that TestRail can reach your JIRA server.

I've gone through the install instructions, trawled forums and even enlisted ChatGPT to know avail. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

Also receiving this error after following all available help guides and API token configuration. Any ideas welcome.

I am the same problem:

I am also facing the same issue even after several attempts not able to resolved it. Did u get any resolution for the same? if yes then can you please share it .
