Was verry happy to have found this software, went through the set up and then got the message "URL disabled, contact the (atlasian) site Admin", but when I try that, I can't because I have to get the payed version first... Not happy anymore

It depends on whether you have carried out activities on site
Navigate to id.atlassian.com or admin.atlassian.com
You should see the site you have access to
Otherwise you need to raise the support ticket with Atlassian
