My account has been marked as inactive, and as a result, I am unable to access my dashboard and related functionalities.

I am unsure why this has happened, as there have been no prior notifications or indications that my account would be deactivated.

They are the only one who can help you on your user issues. Try to contact your service desk/ system /user / org admin who manage user access in your company Jira instance.

Hi @Mai Tran

Since you are not a site-admin of this site, you will need to reach out to one or more of the site-admins of that cloud site.  If you do not know who the site-admins are for that site, then please create a support case over in https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?redirectSource=sac-wac-redirect#/?inquiry_category=your_account

Noting the Cloud URL in this case and request the name(s) of the site-admins of your site.   Our team should be able to help you to identify your admin that way in a private support channel.

Hi @Mai Tran

You will have to reach out to your organization admins or IT team to help you with this. An organization admin can set any users that they manage to inactive. This is generally done when the user no longer is with the organization. This may be a mistake on their end, and you should reach out to them to help resolve this for you.

Hope that helps.
