I want to improve the performance of an automation rule.

8 seconds are long enough time for users to misbehave.  

please guide me a way to improve the performance.

I tried copy-pasting the exported rule in this article, but Jira doesn't allow that.

Paste a screenshot of your rule. That would suffice maybe.

As it was really hard to scroll capture the automation,
I simply decided to ask help to the customer center.

Hi @정영환 

Please consider using either an app or a browser addon to help capture the complete image of a rule which is longer than the browser page.  There are several free ones to help, depending upon your current browser type.

If you post that image, the community may be able to offer suggestions faster than the support team.
