My Free account board is suspended because it went over 10 users.
I've reduced the number of users to less than 10. How can I get the free account reinstated?
Hi,
I did raise the request there. They said they can't help and it needs directing to Technical Support. I followed that and ended up being routed to this Community Forum.
Can you please help resolve or get in touch with the correct team so I don't have to go round in a circular loop?
