Hello I am trying to invite my colleague to Jira (same domain) and it shows that I have successfully invited him. However, he does not receive any invite from Jira on his email. Please advise.

If you have successfully invited the user, and if the user is present in user management and has product access.
Just give the user with site URL. The user will be able to access the site!!

I have seen many people with same complaints "Invitation not received".

Thanks Promod. The user is able to login, however even after assigning an issue to him he is unable to see the issue (all sprints appear to be empty). Please advice.
