My forge app Listener not executing properly.

We have created an app for field extraction. We are utilizing a listener module in that application to retrieve information when a user creates or edits an issue. The listener module will then update the fields with the retrieved information.

The listener module seems to be having some issues at times.The fields are not updating at this moment.
