If you are having trouble logging in to your Jira instance, we would ask you to first please try to contact an administrator inside of your company to help you.
If you are the administrator and you are blocked, if you don't have a free instance, you can open a ticket to the Atlassian Service Desk to ask for help here - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
