My license is linked to wrong Server ID, how can I fix it for me?
Actually the Server ID is only required when you first create a license. In subsequent server migrations, or even sometimes just upgrades to Jira, the server ID can change. Your license is not technically tied to (or restricted to) that specific server ID with Atlassian products. So there really is not a need to change it in your https://my.atlassian.com account.
