My linked issues are not linked in my clone. This use to work.

I have some Task issues I use for a template on each project.
The sub tasks in the Task issue are linked according to the workflow.

Today I cloned one of these tasks and there are no linked issues in the Clone.

This use to work for me.  Did something change?
