My other admin can't see certain project's tasks

Hi, I did some experiment with Jira project settings which are 'Manage watchers' 'View voters and Watchers'. We were on free trial at the moment but I reversed all my changes and returned it to be default settings. 

I can see all tasks but my other admin and users still can't see that project's tasks.

Now we are back on free plan so i can't do any changes with the permission.

What can i do in this situation?

Check Project Permissions

Even though you reverted the settings, ensure that the permission scheme is correctly applied to the project. Verify that the roles and groups have the necessary permissions to view issues.

Issue Security Levels

If issue security levels were configured, ensure that the users are part of the security level that allows them to view the issues.

Project Roles

Confirm that the users are assigned the correct roles within the project. Sometimes roles might not have the necessary permissions to view issues.

Browser Cache

Ask the affected users to clear their browser cache or try accessing Jira from a different browser or incognito mode to rule out any caching issues.

Hello @Ariunzaya 

When you were on the non-free plan, did you add users to Roles in your projects, in addition to changing the permission schemes?

If so, you need to undo both of those - so that no users are assigned to Roles within the projects, and the permission schemes are back to their default settings.

You can upgrade your Free subscription to a Trial of the Standard subscription so that you can edit those things again, and then downgrade it back to the Free version before the Trial expires.
