My project administrators are asking to give more privileges (like editing workflow etc.,)

My project administrators are asking to give more privileges (editing workflow etc.,). Is this feature in the road map for implementation??

Editing workflows is possible for project admins if the workflow in their project is not shared with any other project. JIRA 7.3+
