My projects in dashboard

How could I see in the dashboard "Projects that lead is me"?

You could use the JQL -> "project in projectsLeadByUser(<username>)" and save it as a filter.. say, projectsilead

Then in the dashboard add the gadget 'issue statistics' and select the filter projectsilead and 'statistic type' as Project..

Voila, you see the list of projects lead by the user along with the ticket count in the dashboard!
