Hello all,
I have a project that we want to include the done status tickets in the sprint but when I click complete sprint they are not in there even though they are assigned to the sprint. Do I need to change the JQL filter to include done tickets?
Hello @Brandon Forslund
Can you provide more information and screens to illustrate your problem?
The query you are showing are retrieve issues of specific types from a specific project, with no regard for the Status of the issues.
Where is that query being used?
Where exactly are you getting the impression that "done status tickets" are not included in your sprint? Screen images here will really help us understand.
Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project?
Can you share an image of your scrum board? Are the "done status tickets" being displayed on the board? Can you point out which ones those are?
Sure,
The Query is being used on this board.
When we try to complete the sprint it shows 0 done but the tickets are assigned to the sprint
This screenshot is from one of the done tickets being shown on the board

Hello @Brandon Forslund
Thank you for those screen images. That is very helpful.
Upon completion of a sprint only the issues in the column farthest to the right on the board will be considered "complete". It doesn't matter what the actual status of the issue is. It only matters if that status is mapped to the column farthest to the right.
Based on your screen image, only issues in the MISC column would be considered complete at the end of the sprint.
You need your DONE column to be moved to be that column farthest to the right.
If you need issues in multiple statuses to be considered complete at the end of the sprint, then all of those statuses need to be mapped to the column farthest to the right.

Gotcha,
That worked thank you so much. I am not sure why they had it setup like that as I just started working with this team but I appreciate the help. I
