My workflow keeps giving me an error during test at last transition (complete status)

I have been working on a custom workflow for a while now and got all the complex parts resolved, like multiple parallel approvers and pop up forms, etc. Now for some reason on the final step of the workflow as I am in final test the final transition from verify to complete isn't working. It pops up the message "You don't have permission to transition the issue".

I have gone back and reviewed all permissions in the permission scheme and I don't understand why I wouldn't have permission. I gave myself every role on the project just to see what is up and it still gives me the error. I am a system admin, project admin, and every project role now and I still get the message. 

Has anyone experienced this>? Can someone please help?

Hi @amanda.wilson ,

Your permission looks good since you are in the role CCB Lead. It looks like you were able to select Minutes Complete. Did it just revert back to the last status you were in after Minutes Complete was selected?
