NOT able to see the backlog items(User stories) for that project

Hi Support team,

I mam product owner for the project , but NOT able to see the backlog items(User stories) for that project?

is this reason i have right permission? or something else

Hi @chandrakanth prasadam ,

Project permissions< Browse Projects> and Issue Security Schemes may cause users to be unable to access the Backlog, please contact the system or project administrator to confirm.

Yes, Access/Permission to that particular project instance is a key factor for your problem statement.
