National characters doesn't shown in 'Links' inside JIRA issue

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I have JIRA Software Server 7.8.0 + Confluence Server 6.7.1 installed in different Apache instances. Links between two products are created and working well.
I created new space of type 'Software development project' in Confluence and named it using Russian symbols.
Then I created the link to this page in JIRA issue using 'Search page' (when page is searching Russian symbols works well, but displayed in wrong way). Now the link is present in issue, works well, but displayed in wrong way - UTF8 characters displayed as two characters, not one.

Can I fix this behaviour or this is the bug of Atlassian ?
