Need Automation for Approve/Decline via Email

I created a project and I'm unable to automate the approval/decline in Automation. 

I'm unable to find those steps clearly anywhere.

Please help me in step by step for processing of below steps.

Created a form and now its submitted, there will be a email that should receive automation message as Approve/Decline. If approved it should go to the next step or if its declined it should start from the beginning.

The approve/decline is a JSM feature, see https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-approvals/

So the best you can do is send an email, with a question to either send 'Approve' or 'Decline' back. If you have created mail handler and set it up correctly, the body of the email will be added as comment. 

With automation for Jira you can then trigger on a comment, test if there is a Decline or Approve and transition the issue.
