Need Guide on How To Delete an Issue

An issue was create in the wrong project and needs to be deleted. Can I do so? If so, how?

Deleting an issue needs the Delete Issue permission. If you've got this permission, you could see this:

It's also possible to move the issue to the required project without deleting it.
