Need Help, Post Function Based on Linked Issue Being in a Specific Project or Issue Type

Hi Community,

I'm trying to create a new issue based on satisfaction of the following user journey parameters:

• On a transition a post function will create a new issue based on any linked issues being in a specific project or is a specific issue type
  
• Illustration - On reaching released status, if no verification tickets are linked, the post function will generate one 

I've tried Conditional execution to generate this, but its not quite worked. I could be using the wrong formatting or condition expression.
