Can you please tell us what you were doing when both errors were triggered? That will help us determine the reason for the error.
The first error is usually caused by a 3rd party plugin. Can you please go through the steps at JIRA Software: "Exception: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'fields' (or 'html') of undefined" to help narrow down the issue? You can enable safe mode to help determine what might be causing the problem.
As for the 2nd error, we need more information as well. Please tell us what you were doing when you saw the error and if it logs you out. Does it occur in more than one browser?
