It's a vast subject, but Atlassian has created many documents and online training courses on the subject.

You can check these links :

• Atlassian University : keyword Scrum : many lessons are free and quick, , you'll learn best practices and test your knowledge of the various Atlassian tools
• Atlassain documentation : Jira Software  : some docs on Agile boards are available
