Need a jira query where I can update Project and Epic as dynamic values and get total Story points planned in that EPIC under Task, Story, Enhancement and Improvement. or have Epic to auto update the EPIC effort based on task and sub task under it.

How to achieve this requirement?

Are you using Jira Server or Jira Data Center? And what version are you using?

Using Automation for Jira it is possible to total up the points of child issues and store that information in a custom field in the parent Epic. There are also, I'm sure, third party apps that would provide you with that information also.

Can you explain what you mean by needing to update the Project and Epic dynamically in your filter?
