Need a list of good add-ons to e-sign artifacts in jira

Hi All,

I need a list of good add-ons which can be used to e-sign artifacts in jira.

I have below requirements as an add-on.

1. Artifacts in jira can be routed for e-sign approval workflow.

2. Once jira artifact like issue or a story is routed for approval then all fields of the artifact should become read-only.

3. User with some specific role should be able to e-sign the artifacts in jira.

4. When user signs jira artifact then e-signature audit trail should be captured in a custom field.

At the risk of losing my jira card. Jira may not be the right product for your use case.

Jira is good at tracking "work" or "tasks". A ephemeral item that can have states and such but doesn't physically exist. (though it may produce physical items)

When you talk about e-signing and making artifacts read only, etc, it really sound like you are looking for more of a Document Management System. Your "Artifacts" are documents, and that workflow is related to that document. Your workflow is all about the document. Versioning. E-signing, making sure the signed copy is immutable.

You can simulate a lot of that in JIRA, but to truly do it, you may be better looking at something else.
