Need advice on license count when the same userid concurrently being used

When the same userid( lets assume userid Apple) concurrently being used by multiple users to work on JIRA v7.7.1. How will be the JIRA license count change for the userid Apple ?

That's a terrible thing to do because it means you have no information on who is making the changes.  It's the opposite of how you should be using Jira, and technically breaches your licence agreement as well.

One account counts once, irrespective of how it's being used.
