Need assistance setting up a test environment.

Hello Team,
We are planning to migrate from one cloud to another. To test for cloud migration, I want to create a test environment.

Using the following link: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/manage-product-sandboxes, I read the documentation.

and attempting to build a sandbox for the Jira software. I have Atlassian admin access, and Jira software production offers a premium plan. However, I don't see the features needed to build the sandbox.

1. Select Products > Sandbox.

2. Select Create sandbox.

3. Choose a product.

Please guide me in creating a sandbox.

• Go to admin.atlassian.com
• Then from the header menu choose Products
• Then from the left side bar choose sandbox

Thank you for Responding to my request. I have Atlassian admin access and Site admin access.

After Selecting the Organization. I got the below Page.

@Deepika.Kanaparthi you don't have organization admin, because you can't access the menu on the header. Most likely you are a site admin and not an org admin.

Try to remove /users from the URL of the last screenshot you pasted here and add /sandbox

If you don't have access there, then you are not an org admin.
