Need dependency report.

The main idea behind this report is to track dependencies and identify risks in advance. Something that can tell us, hey this dependency is red, or you have x number of red dependencies in this release or your release is getting delay because of these dependencies. Do we have an add-on for the same? Also, want to get a report to reflect scope changes in a plan. For example, let's say that we have 100 issues for XYZ Business release, How to know how many issues were added and when. Please can someone help me out?
