Need feedback for JIRA Software tickets after closing

For Jira Software projects, is it possible for the reporter to provide feedback after the ticket is closed?

If the ticket isn't locked from being edited, yes.

Hello,

Welcome to community :) 

Please make sure there is no below such properties that is restricting from commenting of the issues 

  • Go to Project Settings > Workflow (The one that is associated with the request type and issue type)

  • Edit > Click on Closed/Done status > Properties

  • Add the following

    • Property Key: jira.permission.comment.denied

    • Property Value: true

  • Publish workflow.
