Need help deleting deactivated Jira instance from organization

Hi Atlassian Team,

I'm trying to delete my Atlassian organization ("rizki-saepul-aziz") but unable to do so because the Jira Software product is still shown as "deactivated" and cannot be removed manually.

The instance is no longer accessible, and there's no option to delete it in the admin console — only a prompt to "Add billing details".

Please help me delete the deactivated product, or remove the entire organization.

Hi @Rizki Saepul Aziz and welcome,

you subscription is deactivated and you need to wait for a while until it will be defitely removed (it's deactivated 15 days after the end of your current subscription period.)
