Hi all, i need help on some set up of one of Atlassian Plugin available on the marketplace : JIRA ORCH.
I use this plugin inside Freshservice tool and i use Jira Orch to generate API Call for issue creation in JIRA project. I'm faced to problems in the set up and use of this tool, espacially on Custom fields management.
Here's issue i have :
1. i use the Create Issue functionnality of Jira Orch.
In the input, i have a zone dedicated to Custom fields synchronization.
Here's the format i try to use in JIRA ORCH config :
{"custom_fields":{"Participant number": {{ticket.ri_228_cf_nombre_de_personnes_a_accueillir}},"Due date":{{ticket.ri_228_cf_date_de_fin}} } }
When i execute Jira Orch in Freshservice Workflow, the first field is populated succesfully to Jira but the second one not (due date). I try to find out the format and it seems to be "2024-10-01", YYY-MM-DD.
I don't know why this second field (due date) is not pupolated. May be you can help me to find out the solution :).
