Need help on how to segregate projects on versions

My scenario is :

We have our own product, using that product we develop projects(apps) for clients. 

Our product have multiple versions, and we develop apps for clients in any of those product versions. Now I need to segregate the projects in Jira in such a way that, list of apps developed in each version of our product 

Any suggestions....

Hi @Rahul ,

I would suggest to have only one project and create a Select List Cascading custom field which will list the product names and versions and make it required field for ticket creation. 

If you want different projects for different version, then Create projects with names as below

• Name: Product One
  Key: PRD01
• Name: Product Two
  Key: PRD02
